If you have a cylinder in the airing cupboard and tanks in the loft, switching to a combi gives you the space back and hot water on demand. It takes a day or two longer than a straight swap and depends on the house: with two bathrooms and a busy household, a combi may not be the right call, and we will tell you that.
In older properties the gas pipe can be fine for the old boiler and too small for a new one. It is not a big job to put right, but it is not free, so we would rather put it on the quote than surprise you with it on the day.
Every new boiler is registered with the manufacturer on the day, you get your Gas Safe certificate, and the Building Regulations notification is taken care of. Keep the warranty valid with a yearly service.

Where we work
Our base is in Pencoed, by junction 35 of the M4. Bridgend county comes first. From there we head east to Pontyclun, south into the Vale for Cowbridge and Llantwit Major, and west to Neath and Port Talbot.
